The founder, H. Dean Hua who is also an entrepreneur, knows how much of a lonely road entrepreneurship can be. The Crossroads Club is a concept that Dean has had envisioned for nearly a year because of his own experience with running a business.

His leadership experience has involved being a President, Vice-President, and officer for numerous organizations in the DC area. He has organized events from as small as 20 people to as big as 250 people. He’s never gotten tired of these events and felt that it was time for him to launch his vision of what an organization for entrepreneurs can and should be.

Coupled with the work that is done through his web design and marketing consultancy, Sachi Studio, Dean has developed a unique vision for what The Crossroads Club can symbolize for entrepreneurs in the greater Washington DC area. To Dean, there is nothing more powerful than hanging around with change agents who are out there changing the world with their ideas and services.
