Crossroads News | February 7th, 2007
If you’d like to get more involved and receive exposure to the Washington DC entrepreneurial community, than becoming a Crossroads networking ambassador with us is one of the best ways. Crossroads Ambassadors play an important role in facilitating successful best practices in business networking at our events
The benefits of becoming an ambassador include;
- Receiving exposure at our networking events and be seen in a position of leadership.
- Receive free advertising to your business. Based on the value you bring to our organization, exposure to your business can come in being included in our weekly newsletter, listed in our website directory and/or be listed as one of the premier sponsors on our front page with a full bio of what your business is about including contact information.
The responsibilities of an ambassador can include;
- Helping to promote TCC to your own list of professional contacts when we hold events,
- Show up at events and help out via meeting and greeting attendees, handling staffing and registration at the sign-table, but mostly just being an ambassador of goodwill and making other people feel welcome at our events. And best of all, you get to meet and make contact with lots of like minded entrepreneurs.
Qualifications? We’re looking for business people with the following traits;
- loves to meet other people,
- can dedicate a couple hours a month at the events and perhaps lend a willing hand in the back office support. The more help and value you offer to us, the more we will try to reciprocate in kind.
